Judge Napolitano on BLM's Unconstitutional Texas Land Grab

RPI Board Member Judge Andrew Napolitano discusses the federal government's latest land grab -- this time the BLM is eyeing 90,000 acres on the Texas/Oklahoma border. Says the Judge, the BLM is flouting a previous Supreme Court decision that settled the two states' border dispute, demanding that the 90,000 be transfered to federal control.

"The BLM has an insatiable lust for land," said Napolitano. Besides, he added, there is a real constitutional issue over whether the federal government can even own all that land if it does not serve a federal purpose. It is one thing to own the land for military bases, but quite another to simply take thousands of acres because it can.
